Three-line display and a package of great features
The Pioneer Premier DEH-P510UB CD receiver features a bright Organic Electroluminescent display that'll look great in your dash. Its high-contrast characters make it easy to read onscreen information, while the large control knob allows you to scroll easily through all your music files and menus. And, with all the features offered by this versatile receiver, you'll enjoy listening to it even more than looking at it. Best of all, Pioneer backs it up with a 2-year warranty.
Play what you want to hear
This receiver plays all your store-bought CDs, along with discs loaded with MP3, WMA, and AAC files. Connect and control your iPod® through the receiver's front panel USB input, or plug in a USB thumb drive loaded with tunes. When your iPod is connected to the USB input, the receiver bypasses your iPod's built-in digital-to-analog converter, using its high-quality DAC to deliver your music files with the highest fidelity possible. Pioneer's passenger mode lets your passengers use the iPod's controls while it's hooked up to the DEH-P510UB, saving you from distractions.
Add satellite radio and tap into the wide variety of news, talk, sports, and commercial-free music that XM and SIRIUS offer. Hook up Pioneer's optional HD Radio tuner and check out the enhanced fidelity and extra programming from participating AM and FM stations in your area. Use the front-panel auxiliary input for other music players you may have.
Into great sound?
Pioneer's Easy EQ 7-band equalizer gives you outstanding tone control for matching the receiver's output to your car's acoustics. If you're listening to your MP3 player, Advanced Sound Retriever circuitry replicates information lost when music is compressed into file formats, so you'll enjoy improved ambience and musical detail.
The built-in amplifier delivers plenty of power for accurate sound, with built in high- and low-pass filters to optimize speaker performance. And if you want to really get your system in high gear, you can use the three sets of preamp outputs to connect external amplifiers.
Optional hands-free calling
Drive safely by connecting Pioneer's optional Bluetooth® adapter. When a call comes in, your Pioneer receiver will mute the music and allow you to take the call on your compatible phone, without taking your hands off the wheel.
Note: If you're going to use your iPod with this receiver, be sure to check "Hands-on Research" for specific iPod model compatibility with this receiver.
